Learn how to properly clean your UTV’s CVT drive belt

How To Wash A CVT Belt:
In a clean sink, get the water warm then run the belt under it.
Put a spoon full of grease fighting liquid dish soap onto new green Scotchbrite pad.
Throughly scrub underneath, the top and both sides of your belt.
This removes any construction, cutting or shipping oils that may be on the belt.
Completely rinse the belt so all the soap is washed away.
Let the belt air dry before installation.
Use compressed air to clean both clutches.
Wipe them free of dust.
Take a new green Scotchbrite pad and lightly etch both halves of each clutch.
Make sure you get inside the driven clutch as deep as you can.
Pour a tablespoon worth of denatured Alcohol on a clean paper towel.
Wipe the clutch halves clean then install your washed belt.
